COOKING CLASS

This exclusive gastronomic experience offers you the opportunity to begin your day with a stroll through local markets and small artisan shops, where you can personally select the freshest ingredients before preparing them at our Chef’s home.

Welcomed into a traditional Venetian apartment, you will embark on a culinary journey through the traditions of Venetian and Italian cuisine—an authentic immersion into the everyday life and flavors of Venice.

It will be an elegant and enjoyable interlude in your day. You will meet a highly skilled Chef and, quite possibly, a new friend, with whom you will later enjoy tasting the dishes you have prepared together.

TESSITURA BEVILACQUA​

Enjoy the unforgettable experience of visiting the workshop of Tessitura Bevilacqua, a Venetian atelier renowned worldwide, where for more than three centuries artisans have produced velvets, damasks, cushions, banners, and tapestries, carrying on a Venetian textile tradition that spans over eight centuries.

You will be captivated as you watch skilled craftsmen operate ancient looms to create these exquisite fabrics, once used in the palaces of the Serenissima Republic and still adorning some of the world’s most elegant residences today.

THE MERCHANT OF VENICE PERFUME WORKSHOP

Take part in a Perfume Workshop just a short walk from St. Mark’s Square. It will be a fascinating journey through stories, distant cultures, and legends—an immersion into a lesser-known Venice, a crossroads of trade and commerce where cosmetics and perfumery played a significant role in the history of the Serenissima Republic.

You will retrace a story that began in the 11th century, when Venetian merchants imported rare and precious goods from the East. Over the following centuries, Venice became the center of the art of perfumery in Europe and throughout the known world.

Burano, with its characteristic colourful houses, where the ancient art of hand-woven lacework meets some of the most breathtaking views of the Lagoon.
